Serve as the central hub of a 500+ person team to help us uphold an amazing work environment.
Executive support; scheduling meetings and appointments, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies and food/snacks/beverages.
Ensure office operations and processes run efficiently (including audio/visual/internet needs, printing, company-wide meetings, and more).
Source and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
Handle mail/package receiving and shipping.
Management of facility vendors and contracts (janitorial, property management, beverages, snack service).
Manage the team inbox and make sure all incoming requests have been taken care of.
General Office Assistant duties including greeting and assisting clients/guests/employees in person and on the telephone, making everyone feel like they are part of the team.
Manage the company’s badge access for new hires and current employees.
