Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to triage, document, monitor, and help resolve trending customer issues.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience as well as operational efficiency and work with the relevant teams to implement these opportunities.
Automate and orchestrate workloads across a hybrid cloud solution.
Leverage CI and CD tools to automate testing and deployment.
Participate in the development processes by providing feedback and technical input during sprints to ensure code is production supportable, maintainable and deployed according to best practices.
Analyze emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption into our environment.
Implement and utilize a process-based approach for systems and infrastructure support, management, and maintenance.
Identify, recommend and implement solutions that assist with monitoring data quality in our product sets.
