Regularly review and recommend any changes to the strategy that will help Church Community Builder be considered an ‘Employer of Choice’. Annually review all benefit plan types and costs to ensure benefits are in alignment with philosophy, strategy, & budget and all federal regulations under ERISA and ACA. Lead execution of company benefit plans and offerings. Partner with leaders in staffing and recruiting efforts. Act as community liaison to build reputation of ‘Employer of Choice’. Evaluate and ensure role descriptions are current and properly classified. Update some HRIS systems. Maintain headcount and other people data analytics, monitor trends in attrition/retainment. Own HR orientation and related training. Maintain record keeping of associate files .
