The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that HR strategies align with organizational objectives, strategies, initiatives and culture. As a primary point of contact, this position calls upon knowledge of HR best practices and knowledge of the business to accomplish customers' goals and objectives, and sustain an engaged workforce. This position provides proactive HR consultation to assigned verticals throughout the organization, and performs related operational functions. The HRBP will work as a strategic partner to ensure the efficient and effective development and delivery of HR programs and services that support the development of organizational and talent capability throughout their assigned vertical. A successful HRBP will be able to provide consultation in the key disciplines of Human Resources, deliver a high level of value-added service, and act as a champion for positive change.
