Work closely with teams to develop and execute event plans including staffing, agenda, premiums, and marketing activities required to promote the event. Coordinate with our Field Marketing and Executive Marketing teams to arrange appropriate technology and service partner participants throughout the year, with an eye to drive an overall solution value proposition by industry or geography. Develop objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows and/or employee and customer related events. Manages and executes projects and marketing plans intended to maximize company exposure and produce sales leads. Work with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials and services. Directs exhibit design, including production. Negotiates contracts and manages relationships with outside vendors. Prepares ROI evaluation of events. Responsible for seamless execution and production of events including venue sourcing, budget, set-up and execution of event.
