Recognized as a highly experienced individual contributor, the Sales Director is responsible for operationalizing the sales strategy within designated area/accounts. This role generates new sales and add-on sales revenue through the creation of unique and compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning documents, and presentations that align CSG with our customers’ go-to-market strategies and that position CSG as the preferred provider in our target markets. The Sales Director identifies medium to large, semi-complex opportunities within new and existing account bases to increase sales volume through both products and services while ensuring customer service levels are met. Driven to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list, this role prospects and develops business, responds to RFPs, and develops proposals for presentation to customers. Coordinate account resources with representatives from marketing, solution consulting, and development.
