Work closely with SambaSafety’s executive team, VP of Sales, and Enterprise Sales Team to accelerate the expansion of SambaSafety’s business in the enterprise space. Function as both a “player” and a “coach”, spending time both operating to close clients on the front lines and guiding the team’s development. Optimize and evolve all of the team’s inbound and outbound sales processes through data-driven, results-oriented evaluation, and experimentation. Develop account prioritization criteria and work with members of the Enterprise Sales Team to prioritize their target client portfolios. Regularly meet with members of the Enterprise Sales Team to review activity, guide further direction, evaluate performance, and develop coaching plans.

Fluid is looking for an experienced strategic sales representative outside sales to join our rapidly growing team here in the greater Denver area. This is a position that will be performed primarily remotely at home and in the field with some office time. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can handle all outside sales tasks in a fast-paced environment. The strategic sales representative will be the front-facing point of contact for prospecting with new potential rental clients. They will be responsible for managing all aspects related to strategic sales from inception to deal close including but not limited to: developing prospecting lists, finding key decision makers and departments within an account, coordinating meetings with potential new leads, providing pricing proposals/estimates, closing deals with strategic clients, ongoing nurturing of leads, meeting management set KPI's, and utilizing HubSpot for all outreach activities.
