Serve as the lead and escalation point for desktop systems software and hardware, network infrastructure.
Oversee the processes for deployment, maintenance, and support, for all implemented hardware, software, and operating systems.
Maintains passwords, data integrity, and system security for the desktop environment.
Manages hardware inventory and documents desktops application packages.
Creates and implements software distribution methods and standards.
Internal office support: video conferencing, ISP, clean cabling.
Support software development efforts.
Maintain point-of-sale laboratory.
In conjunction with HR, manage the new hire on-boarding process.
