The Director of Creative and Brand Management is responsible for leading, coaching, and collaborating with a team of media, writing, and design professionals. The creative team delivers all content and is accountable for content quality, timeliness, and alignment against brand and marketing strategy. The Director of Creative and Brand Management must create strict creative discipline and company-wide adherence to critical brand elements. The role understands the company-wide and solution-specific go-to-market strategies, leads the ideation process, and sees new ideas through to delivery. The Director of Creative and Brand Management has a mastery over the skills necessary to develop and advance a strong brand in the marketplace, and a working understanding of the nuance between creating for audience, demand generation and accelerating sales, and delivers volume, speed, and quality.

Fivetran is looking for a design executive to lead all things design, from product, marketing, and brand/identity to how design can functionally support our growing organization. In this role, you will grow and manage a team of mid-to-senior level visual and UX/UI designers. You will work with leaders across the organization to define priorities and allocate design resources across departments. You will report to the COO at Fivetran and help build a world-class design organization.  This role is suited for that unique individual who can unite design across all functions and lead a high performing team that delivers high quality, consistent design work that delights our current and future users, without sacrificing velocity and agility. Support new hire training process and engage team members quickly. Create and deliver workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures relevant to internal change management and our product to all levels within the company. Plan, create, and implement effective CX training curriculum based on company needs. Maintain records of training activities and team member progress. Work collaboratively across all departments and create content in various formats. Create and edit training resources including videos and internal documentation. Manage our SOP documents and ensure our knowledge library is current and effective. Build courses and develop monitoring solutions to ensure employees are completing all core new hire learning paths and other assigned mandatory trainings, such as security awareness. Develop and track metrics associated with learning paths and the overall training program. Make recommendations to increase training efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare hard copy and electronic training materials for training sessions.
