AutoDS is looking for a WordPress Developer to join one of our Marketing Growth teams!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites – ensure optimal performance, security, and seamless user experience across devices and browsers for AutoDS sister brands.
- Collaborate with the growth team to implement A/B tests, improve page speed, and optimize for SEO.
- Assist with troubleshooting - resolve bugs and address responsive design issues efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and project management tasks using Asana to stay aligned with development timelines.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of the WordPress stack – PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
- Experience with UI design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs.
- Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development, including custom fields (ACF), custom post types, filters, and hooks.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) – track changes and collaborate with the team efficiently.
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills – expertise in diagnosing and resolving performance issues, plugin conflicts, and responsive design bugs.
- SEO knowledge – understanding technical SEO principles and best practices for site structure, speed optimization, and schema.
- A/B testing knowledge – experience with optimizing user experiences through data-driven testing and improvement strategies. Experience with UI design tools (such as VWO) is required.
- Attention to detail – a thorough approach to quality control and testing, ensuring high standards in development work.
- Problem-solving mindset – a proactive, solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges.
- Effective communication – strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams across a remote, multicultural environment.
