SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The VP of Enterprise Strategic Partnerships drives enterprise-level revenue growth across all verticals. The role focuses on originating, negotiating, and scaling strategic builder partnerships, joint ventures, and high-value alliances. This position has direct impact on revenue, market expansion, and long-term strategic growth and requires the ability to influence at the executive level.

This is a high-visibility, semi-leadership role accountable for measurable revenue expansion, builder penetration, and cross-vertical performance.

Mortgage Joint Ventures (Jet Home Loans)

  • Originate and negotiate JV structures with regional and national builders.
  • Drive funded loan volume through builder-aligned mortgage operations.
  • Ensure JV profitability in partnership with mortgage leadership.
  • Serve as the relationship owner for builder partners.

Title Company Growth (Golden Dog Title)

  • Expand title operations with builders seeking integrated closing solutions.
  • Increase order volume, net revenue per file, and builder adoption.
  • Align with title operations to maintain service levels, turn times, and file quality that meet builder expectations.

Title Insurance Agency Expansion (Alliant)

  • Grow the agent network through builder, lender, and title relationships.
  • Drive new agent onboarding and premium remittance growth.
  • Support agents with underwriting resources, training, and operational alignment to ensure sustained premium performance.

Enterprise Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision makers, C-suite leaders, and ownership groups.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (mortgage, title, underwriting, insurance) to deliver a unified enterprise partnership experience.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, builder conferences, and strategic meetings.

Revenue Ownership & Strategic Leadership

  • Own revenue targets across mortgage, title, title insurance, and underwriting verticals.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights on market trends, builder needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to enterprise growth planning, culture, and long-term business development strategy.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
