We need a UX front-end designer to implement the changes needed on our innovation management system, IdeaJam. We have most of the back-end completed, but need someone with experience in front-end experience to make this site more user friendly. We do have some of the front-end code written, but we need it to be implemented. The designer would preferably be experienced in JS Angular & React.

We'd also be especially interested in someone who would be willing to explore a hybrid payment approach. For example, an equity arrangement to redesign UX for us.
