Trip Planning Coordinator
Downtown Denver-based Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly-organized and has experience catering to our unique luxury clientele. There is no business like the vacation business and the Inspirato brand of vacation is like no other in our industry. Responsibilities:
This position will provide personalized member service by completing trip planning tasks efficiently and completely. Candidates must have experience and confidence working through a large task load and meeting important deadlines. Candidates must also gain a thorough working knowledge of Inspirato’s information platforms to successfully complete the trip planning process with high attention to detail.
Primary activities and required skills:
- Proactively manage and complete Pass trip tasks, including trip acknowledgment and case management
- Have an expert knowledge about our systems, portfolio, and all aspects of trip planning
- Must be a strong and effective communicator with members, third-party partners, and internal stakeholders
- Error-free written communications to provide critical trip itinerary details
- Member advocacy throughout the business to ensure member satisfaction
- High attention detail and closed-loop communications
- Proficiency with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications) and aptitude to learn new systems
- Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele
- Knowledge of travel and/or hospitality industry a plus
- Weekend / Holiday / Early Morning / Evening coverage
Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong customer service/ client relations skills
- Excellent phone and written communication
- Proficient with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications)
- College degree, preferably a degree in hospitality management or business administration
- Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele
- Sales and marketing experience
- Knowledge of travel and/or hospitality industry a plus
