Position Summary:
CSG Total Rewards seeks a new team member who is looking to join the adventure of raising the Benefits bar and elevating employee experience. This role requires hunger, energy, creativity, and passion. Hunger for ongoing learning, growth, and development. Energy for the daily sprint as well as the marathon related to consistently delivering impactful employee experiences. Creativity to inspire others by, and an evident passion for the industry of Employee Benefits and Total Rewards as a whole.
The CSG domestic Benefits team provides support to and facilitates engagement of US and Canada employees relative to: retirement, employee stock purchase, health, disability, and leave plans, as well as education campaigns related to financial literacy, life stage preparedness and wholistic wellbeing.
This mindful role is a key collaborator, adept problem solver, and works efficiently with a strong sense of priority. This Benefits team member is a paramount employee advocate who provides enthusiastic support, while skillfully navigating the complex intersections of culture and compliance.

Familiar with benefits/retirement plan compliance
Conversant in benefits and retirement plan administration
Able to genuinely engage with all levels within the CSG organization
Looking to develop additional expertise in benefits/retirement plan management
You Will:
Remove roadblocks
Modernize, simplify, and streamline
Collaborate with external brokers, carriers and vendors
Partner with internal teams including HRIS, Payroll, HR, Finance, and Legal
Support day-to-day plan administration of employee benefit and retirement programs
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional employee experience in Total Rewards/Benefits
You Have:
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
3-5 years of experience, with exposure to one or more of the following:
- medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
- voluntary benefit plans (i.e. commuter, etc.)
- FSA and/or HSA accounts
- 401k/retirement accounts
- FMLA/leaves and ADA
- Strategy consulting
- Auditing/Reporting
- Analytics/HRIS

Ability to use a personal computer
