Position Summary:
Redaptive is seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of our most critical IT programs across the organization. This senior leadership position requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional who can manage complex, high-impact initiatives from inception to completion while maintaining relentless focus on business value and delivery timelines.
You will serve as the driving force behind our technology implementation efforts, working closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and offshore delivery teams to plan, execute, and deliver transformative solutions at an accelerated pace. Your ability to navigate complexity, remove obstacles, and maintain clear visibility into program status will be essential to Redaptive's continued growth and technology evolution.
This position is Denver based with a hybrid work policy.

Strategic Program Leadership: 

  • Lead enterprise-wide IT programs that deliver significant business value and technological advancement 

  • Develop comprehensive program plans that align with strategic business objectives and technology roadmaps 

  • Create and maintain detailed program schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths 

  • Establish program governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and escalation paths 

  • Implement rigorous program management methodologies tailored to Redaptive's fast-paced environment 

  • Drive continuous improvement in program delivery approaches and methodologies 

  • Anticipate and address program challenges before they impact delivery timelines 

  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and business outcomes 

Delivery Management & Execution: 

  • Drive program execution with a relentless focus on timeline, scope, quality, and budget 

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities across business units, IT teams, and external partners 

  • Track and manage program progress with exceptional attention to detail 

  • Identify and remove roadblocks that impede program delivery 

  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address complex program challenges 

  • Lead go-live readiness assessments and deployment planning 

  • Ensure seamless coordination between onshore and offshore delivery teams 

  • Maintain program momentum through proactive issue resolution and decision-driving 

Stakeholder Management & Communication: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder communication strategies 

  • Facilitate productive engagement between business stakeholders and technical teams 

  • Lead executive-level program status meetings with clarity and confidence 

  • Create compelling program status reports that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes 

  • Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and proactive communication 

  • Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders to foster trust and collaboration 

  • Facilitate requirement gathering and prioritization sessions with business stakeholders 

  • Ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and program delivery capabilities 

Risk & Issue Management: 

  • Implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks 

  • Lead proactive risk mitigation planning to minimize potential impacts on program delivery 

  • Manage and resolve complex issues that span multiple teams and departments 

  • Develop contingency plans for high-impact risks 

  • Facilitate decision-making processes around risk acceptance, avoidance, or mitigation 

  • Maintain comprehensive risk and issue logs with clear ownership and resolution paths 

  • Escalate critical risks to appropriate stakeholders with recommended action plans 

  • Continuously monitor the program environment for emerging risks and opportunities 

Program Tracking & Performance Measurement: 

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive program tracking mechanisms using Jira Service Management and Jira Software 

  • Develop meaningful metrics and KPIs to measure program progress and health 

  • Create executive-level dashboards that provide clear visibility into program status 

  • Track resource utilization, budget consumption, and delivery progress against baselines 

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement 

  • Lead regular program performance reviews with delivery teams and stakeholders 

  • Implement corrective actions when programs deviate from planned parameters 

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to all program tracking systems 

Offshore Delivery Coordination: 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery teams in India 

  • Facilitate effective collaboration across global time zones and cultural contexts 

  • Ensure clear communication of requirements, expectations, and feedback to offshore teams 

  • Lead daily/weekly coordination meetings with offshore team leads 

  • Address collaboration challenges and communication barriers proactively 

  • Implement processes that maximize productivity across distributed teams 

  • Ensure knowledge transfer between onshore and offshore resources 

  • Build strong relationships with offshore team leads to foster trust and accountability 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred 

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 7 years managing complex IT initiatives 

  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale technology programs on time and within budget 

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, IT operations, and technology implementation 

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority 

  • Advanced expertise with program management tools, including Jira Service Management and Jira Software 

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams, particularly with offshore delivery models 

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities 

  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices 

  • Experience managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams 

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant program management certifications 

  • Experience in the energy efficiency, sustainability, or related industries 

  • Background managing IT programs in companies with similar business models to Redaptive 

  • Experience implementing Salesforce, SiteTracker, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms 

  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies 

  • Experience with organizational change management principles and practices 

  • Background in IT governance, portfolio management, or PMO leadership 

  • Experience with business process optimization and technology-enabled transformation 

  • Knowledge of financial management aspects of program delivery 

  • Experience with vendor management and third-party delivery partners 

  • Background in implementing complex integrations between enterprise systems 

  • Experience with data migration, system conversion, or platform modernization programs
