Join our inclusive team, where excellence knows no bounds!</span></p><p><b><b>What You'll Do</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b>Deliver Success</b><span>: Lead the charge in delivering program success </span><b><i>across the full product development lifecycle</i></b> <span>and driving projects forward within the program</span></p></li><li><p><b>Metrics and Feedback</b><span>: Regularly gather and report on project/program metrics, seeking feedback to improve our progress updates</span></p></li><li><p><b>Dependency Management</b><span>: Coordinate and oversee dependencies, collaborating with teams to ensure project success and accelerate milestones</span></p></li><li><p><b>Program Reviews</b><span>: Conduct regular program/project reviews with leaders, providing status updates and recommending actions for success</span></p></li><li><p><b>Collaboration Champion</b><span>: Foster collaboration at all levels—up, sideways, and down to the project level</span></p></li><li><p><b>Program Assessment</b><span>: Work closely with stakeholders to determine program success and plan for the implementation of successful programs while discontinuing unsuccessful ones</span></p></li><li><p><b>Innovation Culture</b><span>: Support the cultivation of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement</span></p></li><li><p><b>Strategic Execution</b><span>: Focus on executing our strategy, delivering benefits, and realizing our strategic goals through the design, planning, and delivery of strategic initiatives</span></p></li><li><p><b>Change Agent</b><span>: Drive change by promoting business agility, communicating effectively, and institutionalizing a culture of adaptability</span></p></li><li><p><b>Conflict Resolution</b><span>: Mediate and resolve conflicts within the program, ensuring smooth collaboration</span></p></li><li><p><b>Cross-functional leadership</b><span>: Partner closely with colleagues and stakeholders to lead, assist, or stay informed about collaborative programs and initiatives that have the potential for broad-scale impact</span></p></li><li><p><b>Building Relationships</b><span>: Network with stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships that help shape, define, and execute our strategies and initiatives</span></p></li></ul><p><b>What You'll Need</b></p><p><span>Minimum Qualifications</span></p><ul><li><p><span>An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>5 years of project/program management or similar experience</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></p><ul><li><p><span>PMI certification (e.g., PMP, PMI ACP, or PRINCE 2), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, and/or proficiency with Jira Agile are a plus</span></p></li><li><p><b><i>A robust grasp of the product development life-cycle</i><span>.</span></b></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of the SaaS market in relation to program management</span></p></li><li><p><span>A passion for collaboration, spending the majority of your time communicating, collaborating, and coordinating cross-functionally.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate wants vs. needs and negotiate prioritization effectively</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in technical concepts and system architecture.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The flexibility to navigate from the big picture to details while managing complex cross-functional projects, often with tight deadlines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid project leadership skills, combined with business acumen, excellent communication skills, and analytical capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The ability to understand complex concepts, solve problems, and present effective business solutions and recommendations objectively</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal, presentation, written)</span></p></li><li><p><span>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The capacity to interact with and influence various levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical, demonstrating strong relationship management skills</span></p></li></ul><p>Travel Opportunities</p><ul><li><p><span>Embrace the chance to explore new horizons as up to 10% of your role may involve travel by car or plane to meet and engage with fellow Workiva team members</span></p></li></ul><p>Flexible Working Environment</p><ul><li><p><span>Enjoy the convenience of working remotely, all while staying seamlessly connected.
