About the RoleWe’re looking for a Team Lead / Manager for our Solutions Architect team—a hands-on leader who thrives in a consulting-oriented, high-growth environment. You’ll guide a small but mighty team of Solutions Architects responsible for scoping, deploying and supporting Solv’s enterprise software with our top urgent care and health system partners.
This role combines strategic leadership, consultative client engagement, and technical delivery. You’ll oversee complex implementations and integrations (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, API), while also rolling up your sleeves to lead key projects yourself. Your leadership will ensure our partners see measurable business outcomes from Solv’s technology—and that our internal teams are aligned, efficient, and scaling with confidence.
What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
- Establish best practices for delivery and project management.
- Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and customer obsession.
- Partner with Product and Partner leaders to continuously improve how we deliver value to enterprise partners.
Strategic Consulting & Delivery
- Act as senior project leader for enterprise implementations, digital transformation initiatives and key accounts.
- Translate complex customer needs into product roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee and design Solv platform integrations (EHR, API, RPA, HL7/FHIR).
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on priorities and delivery.
- Drive operational rigor across the implementation lifecycle—scope, plan, execute, measure.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex delivery or integration issues.
- 5–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, consulting, or technical project management.
- Experience leading digital transformation or technology implementation projects (consulting background strongly preferred).
- Skilled in EHR/EMR integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and healthcare data workflows.
- A builder and do-er—comfortable leading teams and executing hands-on work.
- Strong communicator who can influence engineers and executives alike.
- Calm under pressure and structured in approach—able to lead through scaling change.
- Energized by applying AI and automation to customer challenges.

Candidates for this position must be east coast based or willing to begin at 7am PT as many of our customers are on eastern hours.
