• Executive & Organizational Communications: Own drafting, editing, and delivery of impactful communications. Help shape company-wide narratives that connect strategy, performance, and culture.
• Executive PR & Visibility: Support external visibility efforts—helping craft thought leadership, press opportunities, and speaking engagements that strengthen the reputation of our leadership and the company.
• Operational Cadence & Alignment: Drive the heartbeat of the organization—owning program cadences, leadership forums, and communication systems that keep teams informed, accountable, and moving in sync to ensure seamless execution against priorities.
• Org Connector: Partner across teams to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and aligned. Proactively close gaps with clear messaging, streamlined processes, and thoughtful engagement.
• Culture & Engagement Programs: Design and run programs that celebrate wins, recognize excellence, and fuel a positive, high-energy environment. Build rituals and operating rhythms that make our culture vibrant and fun while reinforcing a high bar of performance and talent density.

• You’re an exceptional, crisp communicator—equally comfortable writing a CEO-level memo, energizing a Slack post, or preparing content for external audiences.
• You think operationally—you know how to design repeatable processes, establish clear cadences, and create order in complexity.
• You have strong business instincts—you are able to understand the business and the “why” behind the message.
• You are proactive and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You know how to reinforce high standards and push for a culture of excellence.
• You bring contagious energy and positivity; people naturally feel engaged and motivated around you.
