Responsibilities for Recruitment

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of a successful vision/strategy for the Talent Acquisition department.
• Act as a Talent Advisor with HR Business Partners, Senior Managers and the Talent Acquisition Director to develop proactive recruiting strategies and sourcing methods.
• Build talent pipelines across diverse functional areas, disciplines, and levels utilizing creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., and our existing candidate database. Utilize other proven recruiting and sourcing strategies, as well as networking to fill job openings.
• Solicit accurate job requirements for each position and determine effective strategies to develop candidate pipelines for those roles.
• Attend user group meetings and career fairs, as necessary, to build local networks and increase visibility within the local community.
• Perform pre-screen phone calls and interview scheduling.
• Facilitate candidate debriefing sessions with hiring managers and their interview team while providing recommendations on candidate selection and placement.
• Craft meaningful offers and guide candidates through acceptance and transition process.
• Build talent pools and pipeline candidates for future or repeat positions.
• Forge strong relationships with hiring managers and partners within the business, helping you to better understand the areas in which they work.
• Be a driven, positive and focused DigitalGlobe Talent Acquisition ambassador as part of our world class team.

Responsibilities for Recruitment Operations

• Manage special projects related to corporate recruiting and branding activities.
• Propose and develop innovation to existing recruiting materials, processes and procedures, etc.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Director to innovate the departmental functions, i.e. machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc.

These Basic Requirements Must Minimally be Met

• 2-5 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting and/or strategic sourcing of active and passive candidates.
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other business specific field.
• Must be a US Citizen as this position performs in an export control environment.

These Requirements are Preferred

• Corporate technical recruiting experience (Software Engineers, GIS, Geospatial, Web Developers, etc).
• Knowledge of OFCCP and its practices.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Participation in ad hoc projects such as college recruitment, process improvement, change management, etc.
• Proven metrics
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience utilizing social media and other creative, non-traditional sourcing methods.
• Experience with a corporate ATS, specifically Workday.
• LinkedIn Recruiter certification(s).
• Experience with behavioral based interviewing.
• Excellent negotiating, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build excellent relationships with senior managers, business partners, and candidates.
