The US LMA team works to provide legislative and regional packaging solutions utilized in McDonald's restaurants across the US. - Work with cross functional teams to monitor and track tasks related to supply chain projects
- Maintain detailed meeting notes and track follow-up tasks with team members
- Raise risks when tasks are off track and may impact project delivery dates
- Review data provided by other teams for completeness and identify if requested information is missing
- Create basic analyses of inventory and shipments
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- 3rd year + (or recent graduate) in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (previous work terms or class projects)
- Preference for any experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or development (previous work terms or class projects)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration
- Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Basic Supply Chain Knowledge:Understanding of supply chain concepts and processes
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify risks and propose solutions when tasks are off track
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis
Any of the following would be a plus
- Reporting Skills: Ability to create clear, concise reports on project progress and data analyses
- Adaptability: Comfort in navigating uncertainty and evolving project requirements
- Initiative: Ability to move projects forward even without clear next steps
