We are looking for a tech-savvy Staff Software Engineer to drive our web application development for our ERP product serving the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. What You’ll Do
- Translate product requirements into impactful, user-friendly features
- Architect scalable, future-ready solutions and write secure, high-performant, maintainable code
- Collaborate with QA to shape effective test strategies
- Ensure code quality with robust unit test coverage
- Conduct code reviews to uphold engineering standards
- Lead collaborative tech design discussions across teams, driving the full development lifecycle from prototyping through to production
- Partner with Product Management to define and deliver roadmap goals
Your First 90 Days
First 30 Days: Dive into onboarding to learn about our culture, product, and tech stack. Collaborate with Leads and QA to understand our browser-based ERP platform. Begin contributing to the codebase and help shape a technical roadmap focused on scalability, testing, and performance. Identify opportunities for improvement.
Days 31–60: Contribute to both product features and technical infrastructure work. Collaborate effectively with your scrum team of Product, Engineering and QA members.
Days 61–90: Take ownership of roadmap deliverables. Continue advancing our tech stack through roadmap execution.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex web applications
- Deep expertise in Vue.js for building modern, responsive UIs
- Advanced backend development skills in Go (GoLang), including API design and performance tuning
- Proficient in TypeScript, with a solid grasp of modern JavaScript/ES6+ standards
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing relational data models
- Strong architectural thinking with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and cloud-native design
- Proven ability to drive technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and uphold high engineering standards
- Comfortable working in agile environments, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating cross-functionally
Your Differentiators
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes strongly preferred
- Experience integrating AI tools into the development workflow
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science

The salary range for this opportunity is $152,000 – 170,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
