Characteristics of an Incredible Homebot Product Manager:  

  • Collaborating with diverse groups is your jam - especially with engineers, leadership and customer success teams

  • You balance requests, opinions and feedback like a juggling slackliner

  • You’re a solutions creator who takes initiative, adds value and is happy to help wherever needed!

 

What you’ll do and what you have already done:

  • Own complete product lifecycle management: product roadmap, processes and creating and writing Epics, Stories, etc.

  • Run and organize product advisory group and monitor user metrics, feedback and surveys including NPS

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to gather feedback and validate designs

  • Work closely with Marketing and Support to produce: product announcements, user adoption drip campaigns, knowledge based articles, product support, etc.  

  • Contribute to key Product, User and Operations KPI Dashboard (with CFO)

  • Jump in when needed for events and sales support

 

Must have experience & attributes:

  • 5-7 years in a Product Manager role and experience with the bullet points above

  • Strong preference for past experience being a product manager on SaaS products in the Mortgage Lending and/or Real Estate industries

  • Strong presentation, written and verbal skills

  • Capability of understanding and expanding upon a complicated product in a complex and regulated industry

  • The desire to learn a complicated subject matter enough to know more than everyone else

  • Must be confident, outgoing and assertive when necessary

  • Enjoy and thrive in fast paced environments  

  • Flexible and patient with change

 

Bonus if:

  • 3 + years working in Startups

  • You haver experience with PM’ing mobile applications

  • You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
