A Day in the Life:
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that elevates our brand and drives measurable growth.
- Build scalable systems and processes that support predictable pipeline generation and market expansion.
- Lead brand positioning and storytelling that clearly defines Respondology’s voice and differentiates us in a crowded market.
- Create and oversee a content strategy that inspires, educates, and converts — across campaigns, web, thought leadership, and customer stories.
- Partner with Sales to align go-to-market plans, lead flow, and conversion metrics from awareness through close.
- Design and optimize multi-channel demand programs, including ABM, digital, and event-driven initiatives.
- Establish marketing analytics and reporting to measure success and inform data-driven decisions.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a small but high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to influence overall company strategy, messaging, and customer engagement.
Here’s what you need to get our attention:
- 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success leading marketing through key growth stages ($5M to $20M+ ARR).
- Expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and content strategy that supports business growth.

- Experience in start-ups or scaling SaaS companies strongly preferred.
Base Salary: $135k–$155k DOE plus bonus and equity
