Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from$26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: The Retail Excellence Systems & Analytics Co-op will play a key role in supporting SharkNinja's Global Retail Excellence (GRE) organization through advanced data analytics, digital system development, and workflow optimization. This position supports our mission to drive retail execution excellence across the globe - ensuring the right data, tools, and insights are available to enable high-performing field teams, trade marketing initiatives, and sales operations.
You'll collaborate with leaders across Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, and Operations to enhance and maintain our digital ecosystem - including Airtable, Power BI, Jira, and Salesforce. Your work will help centralize information, improve data integrity, and create real-time visibility into the performance of brand ambassador programs, merchandising continuity efforts, in-store service deployments, and trade marketing campaigns.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
Data Analytics & Visualization
  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards and Airtable interfaces to visualize retail sales trends, program performance, and ROI metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and insights across in-store service, merchandising, and field marketing programs.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and leadership scorecards by providing data-backed performance summaries.

Program Systems Management
  • Develop and maintain Airtable databases to track project milestones, deployment status, and retailer program data.
  • Support enhancements to SharkNinja's One Version of Truth (OVoT) architecture by optimizing data structure and automation flows.
  • Use Jira and Salesforce for workflow tracking, data integration, and system reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with teams across Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, and Field Operations to translate data into actionable insights that improve retail readiness.
  • Support cross-market data consistency and integrity for global retail reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics partners to maintain system health and ensure alignment between platforms.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year
  • Preferred academic coursework in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data management principles.
  • Experience or interest in Airtable, Jira, or Salesforce preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A self-starter mindset with curiosity and initiative - thriving in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
