What You’ll Do

  • As a Solutions Architect at GoSpotCheck, you’ll play an instrumental role in the enterprise sales process. You will be the go-to technical expert in GSC's core products and all customizations/enhancements that the Delivery Team provides. The Solutions Architect will be a key player on the Delivery Team, which operates at the intersection of our Commercial & Engineering organizations, to scope, build, and implement comprehensive customized solutions for our enterprise customers. You’ll work very closely with our Sales Team and interact with prospective customers frequently as a technical, consultative expert. You’ll propose solutions that solve complex problems, configure high-profile trials, and build out customized reports for enterprise prospects during live pilots. Your ultimate responsibilities will be to provide technical leadership in a pre-sales and post-sales capacity for customers to support successful understanding, evaluation and adoption of GoSpotCheck.

  • The Delivery Team will celebrate your ability to level-set customer expectations and clearly articulate the solutions to be built out post-sale.
  • You’ll be the Sales team’s best friend - Answering hard technical questions and knowing the detailed complexities of every custom solution we offer isn’t their forte…that’s where YOU come in!
  • Our prospective customers will feel confident in the team and platform when discussing complex use cases with you.
  • You’ll be trained and mentored by a group of the most talented Technical PM’s, Delivery Engineers and Enterprise Sales Managers around, to get you up to speed on all things GSC.
  • Everyone from the Enterprise Sales Manager, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Engineer, CSM, and the customer will applaud your ability to effectively propose and communicate scalable technical solutions that meet the customer’s business needs.

Who You Are

  • You have 2 - 3 years of professional experience in an external customer-facing role as a Solutions Architect, Technical BA, Implementation Analyst, etc.
  • You have experience working for a SaaS company or in a technical consulting role.
  • You have a fundamental understanding of SQL and are excited about expanding your skill set in this area.
  • Your strong written and verbal communication skills will allow you to articulate detailed custom solutions to customers and Enterprise Sales Managers effectively.
  • You come from a business background and are ready to dive in and fully understand our customer’s business problems/needs in order to propose and deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Bonus points for experience with systems integrations (API, SFTP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • You enjoy interacting with customers as well as building out pilot/demo environments for enterprise trials.
  • Above all, you are an excellent problem solver and can think on your feet to present solutions to prospective customers and assist with closing enterprise deals for GSC.
  • You work with a sense of urgency and are willing to ‘do whatever it takes’ to help meet objectives and deadlines.
  • You are willing to travel to customer sites on occasion (approx. 10% or less).
