POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Software Implementation Specialist I, aka. Solution Delivery Specialist I, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions for clients as they integrate FRONTSEPS products into their operations. As a Solution Delivery team member, you will serve as the primary point of contact for implementation clients, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey. This role is a good fit for you if you can anticipate customer needs and proactively address them to support platform adoption and to facilitate expansions and add-ons. You will also be working with internal teams in this critical role to provide exceptional customer service efficiently and with great care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide system setup, configuration changes, training, implementation, and support of FRONTSTEPS products
  • Consult with clients throughout implementation to ensure software is configured to meet their technical requirements and specifications
  • Manage multiple multi-stakeholder implementation projects simultaneously
  • Ensure customer and project teams have clear expectations and that task deadlines are met
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to educate users on the features and functionality of the software platform
  • Proactively identify issues and manage conflicts that may arise to ensure the quality of the project is not compromised
  • Provide reporting and status updates on projects
  • Document best practices, processes, and procedures to streamline future onboarding efforts
  • Ability to implement products through coordination of resources and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Work with cross-departmental teams to forward company and maximize client’s product adoption
  •  Additional responsibilities (including special small projects) may be defined as needed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years in a SaaS implementation environment in a customer facing solution delivery or implementation role implementation
  • Proven ability to multi-task utilizing time management and work prioritization skills
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to investigate and solve problems to maintain premier customer onboarding experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Exceptional customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Strict attention to details and highly organized
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of HOA/Community Management preferred
  • Knowledge of FRONTSTEPS suite of products a plus
  • Training experience is preferred but not required
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required
