This position is fully remote, candidates for this role must be located in the United States.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support of ServiceNow including incident management, change management, and service catalog tasks
- Create and maintain user roles and user access in ServiceNow
- Comply with OLA’s, systems development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules
- Develop and manage the preparation of systems and/or program specifications, test criteria and project control for new functionality, enhancements or defect resolution for ServiceNow
- Develop and coordinate the installation of upgrades and/or service packs, testing of such upgrades, and general maintenance of ServiceNow
- Collaborate with service managers to determine ServiceNow customer objectives
- Research systems and/or programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance
- Follow documentation to implement integrations and other solutions
- Assist with other innovative technology projects within the Applications team
- Coordinate and implement requirements using ServiceNow low-code or no-code functionality
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6-12 months’ experience in ServiceNow administration, required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification -or- 1+ year of ServiceNow administration experience, required
- Ability to learn new systems and skills
- Ability to work directly with customers to triage, troubleshoot, research potential solutions, gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide training
- Willingness to collaborate with development team members
- Understanding of Azure Provisioning and SSO, general systems integrations, and databases
- Demonstration of technical understanding of ServiceNow service management operations, how it interfaces with other ITIL Processes, IT, and business functions

Compensation Range:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000-80,000 USD annually. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
