Senior Technical Product Manager – Firm Management
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Technical Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our Firm Management product portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, commercial success, and AI-enabled transformation across our solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep product management experience, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in AI technologies, particularly as they apply to professional services workflows. Product efforts will primarily focus on workflow, employee resourcing, and collaboration based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Firm Management solutions, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Champion customer-centric design and lean product development methodologies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into product strategy, leveraging predictive workflows, intelligent automation, and contextual research tools.
Commercial Leadership
- Partner with GTM, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
- Analyze market segments and customer data to inform product-market fit and revenue growth opportunities.
- Drive initiatives that support pipeline acceleration, premium conversions, and campaign performance tracking.
AI Integration & Innovation
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to embed AI into Firm Management workflows, including document automation, scheduling, and advisory tools.
- Evaluate and prioritize AI features using hypothesis-driven experimentation and structured validation frameworks.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance are embedded in product planning and execution.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs across customer satisfaction, adoption, and financial impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical graduate degree a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in B2B software and technical product leadership.
- Proven success in launching AI-enabled products or integrating AI into existing platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tax and accounting firm workflows and client collaboration platforms.
- Experience with API-first development and marketplace integrations.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including NLP, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
Travel Requirements
Up to 30% travel may be required for customer visits, team collaboration, and industry events
Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
