Apto is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to leverage their great communication skills and technical expertise to ensure a remarkable experience for our customers. In this role, you’ll use your understanding of Apto and Salesforce (including supported 3rd party applications) to respond to escalated and more complex configuration, reporting, and integration issues. Our customers range from large enterprises to small brokerages. This role partners with Product to prioritize defect resolution and provide input with regard to customer feature requests and feedback, and works closely with the rest of the Customer Success team to refine our workflows and documentation to ensure our customers have a consistent, quality experience when they turn to us for help.

What you’ll be doing

  • Facilitating support services delivery through participation in email and telephone support rotations, utilizing remote assistance tools, and documenting customer issues and solutions via our internal case management system
  • Providing guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up related to client questions and issues including but not limited to: Official App Integrations, Processes/Workflows, Security/Sharing Configurations, Reports and Data Structure
  • Troubleshooting issues, with an excellent ability to quickly get to the root cause of problems, translate it for our customers, and provide solutions that make them happy.
  • Collaborating in the creation of resources, such as knowledge base articles, to support the continuous development of our products, services, and information available to internal and external customers
  • Identifying trends with client and internal processes to inform improvements and provide visibility to stakeholder within Apto

What you need to apply:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or equivalent credential
  • 3+ years experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com instances
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience (LEX)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience writing and debugging Apex Code desired
