Job Description SummaryThe GE9X is seeking a strong finance leader to support Revenue Sharing Partner (RSP) transactional readiness ahead of entry into service (EIS) with our four strategic partners. This role will be responsible for ensuring the systemic execution of RSP contracts by working cross-functionally with controllership, operations, and P&L leadership to define contractual requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions. The position is critical to driving financial readiness and operational excellence for the GE9X program.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional teams on key performance indicators (KPIs) to hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand operational flow and translate it into streamlined transactional processes.
  • Calculate, analyze, and coordinate payments with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RSP agreements.
  • Manage finance-related matters in relation to revenue sharing participants, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Partner effectively with Commercial, Operations, Controllership, and RSP teams to drive outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements to drive standardization and efficiency across deliverables and workflows.
  • Beyond EIS, this role will be responsible for identifying leakage and develop solutions to mitigate financial risks, supporting ad hoc transactional reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial processes, and assisting in RSP forecasting reviews to provide insights and ensure alignment with program financial goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in finance
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • Established project management skills, with a proven ability to lead programs and projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to learn and use lean tools to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with genba practices, including hands-on engagement with operational processes to identify and solve issues.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track record of leading programs/projects in a cross-functional environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
