Senior Project Manager, Digital Product – Denver, CO
The Senior Project Manager, Digital Product on the Global Digital Product team is responsible for global management, coordination, and delivery of large-scale strategic programs, in support of key Digital Product initiatives within the Marketing organization.

This is a strategic and tactical role that sits at the intersection of traditional product management, technical project management and strategic program management functions, designed to help us deliver on our commitment to create high-quality and engaging digital customer experiences, globally. Primary to this role is partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Sales, Strategy, and Analytics to ensure successful scoping, planning, resourcing, management, execution, and delivery of funded initiatives and requires a candidate with strong accountability and cross-functional communication and management skills.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving and delivering large-scale projects through strategic program/initiative management in complex enterprise environments and successfully influencing cross-functional leaders at all levels of an organization. The person in this role will need to support and hold internal and external business partners accountable for delivering and driving results, continuously ensuring that initiatives remain aligned to the strategic pillars of the organization and deliver against aligned and committed OKRs while consistently driving predictability, transparency, and accountability.
Role Responsibilities:

Drive global digital product initiatives within the operating framework of the CMO org through scoping, planning, managing, and delivering funded programs in close alignment with respective business partners and senior leadership.

Lead the delivery and/or revamp of key experiences critical to improving performance, growth, and engagement in the global digital product experience.

Maintain a pulse on the overall health and progress-to-plan of strategic digital initiatives on a regular basis, identifying insights, opportunities, and risks.

Provide input and recommendations to senior leadership to ensure proper decisioning regarding prioritization, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.

Drive process creation and documentation for large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives, including the establishment and leadership of key operating cadences.

Champion a discipline of continuous program/initiative health assessments and contingency planning across all global digital initiatives

Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, UX, content, compliance, and other teams to drive innovation aimed at improving the digital customer experience.
Role Requirements:
-
10+ years of experience in product, program, or project management (or a combination)
-
5+ years of working with a geographically dispersed team of leaders and stakeholders.
-
3+ years of experience in digital consumer financial services
-
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation of concepts with collateral (slides, white papers, and documents) with a clear storyline and narrative.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects across cross-functional, distributed teams and multiple client/internal groups.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-do items by vigorously prioritizing, staying on top of multiple workstreams, monitoring progress, and holding owners accountable.

Highly effective pivoting skills to enable adapting quickly to change, shifting gears comfortably and operating successfully amidst ambiguity.

Outstanding facilitation skills for both small- and large-scale groups, at all levels of an organization, with a strong track record of achieving meaningful consensus across disparate groups/priorities.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven, contextual, and analytical approach.

High sense of ownership, urgency, independence, and drive with the ability to make quick decisions in complex environments (e.g., across product lines, geographies, priorities, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and proven ability to influence senior management across different organizations, including but not limited to product, marketing, engineering, legal, and compliance.
Experience in these areas would be a plus, but aren’t required:

Knowledge of the Money Transfer industry and competitors

Planning & collaboration tools like Smartsheet and MS Teams/SharePoint

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $153,000 – $210,000 per year, which includes a base salary, short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
