Senior Product (Customer) Marketing Manager
Help us build out product & customer marketing as our first-ever marketing hire! Our 125+ B2B customers and two CSMs can't wait for the clarity you'll provide with clear messaging, epic content, sample programs, product announcements, and other resources to drive deeper engagement with our platform.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty doing tactical work but has enough experience to contribute to strategy and work without a lot of structure in an early-stage environment.
The CompanyPrintfection prevents the brain damage marketers incur trying to manage corporate swag themselves.
We're the first SaaS solution in the $20 billion dollar promo industry. Customers include Trello, Zendesk, New Relic, Zapier and many other category leaders.
We're a low-drama "mature" startup based in Dever that's bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast.
Responsibilities- Develop clear and concise product positioning and messaging
- Create resources (everything from tactical help articles to conceputal guides) to drive a deeper understanding of our products and platform
- Develop customer communication programs using segment.io, autopilot marketing automation, retargeting platforms, physical mail, etc
- A secondary focus on the demand-gen side of marketing where you can repurpose to get quick-wins
- Partner with our product team to help shape product roadmap and vision
- Help us evangelize the Printfection story as we test event marketing
- Whatever else needs doing - we're a startup and wear multiple hats!
- 5+ years experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or content marketing
- Non-negotiable: excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Above-average analytical and data management skills
- Prior experience marketing to marketers a big plus. Bonus points if you've marketed SaaS
