Role Description
As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex network projects. Your extensive experience in network migrations, combined with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, will be essential in ensuring meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of these initiatives.
In this role, you will leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive operational improvement across all key business units, challenging the status quo to build a cloud-native network that is uncontended, highly reliable, and low touch.
In this role, you'll:
- Drive AI-powered gains and operational efficiencies initially focused on network engineering (NetEng), OSS, and network operations to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex network migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and zero outage for end-users.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for future AI-driven network initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and technological evolution.
- Oversee the overall execution of the NetEng team, providing leadership and direction for ongoing and future projects.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in network migration, program management, and the ethical integration of AI technologies.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operation Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on hardware, network, or large-scale migration projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects aims to reduce impact on end-users & maintain highest service SLA.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
It's preferred if you have:
- Capability for cross-functional collaboration and coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges and risks.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $208,000 - $286,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
