ABOUT BRANCHLAB
BranchLab is an AI-native technology company setting a new standard in privacy-first, outcome-based advertising for healthcare. Our Pathwai™ platform enables pharmaceutical brands, agencies, and media partners to design, activate, and measure audiences defined by real-world outcomes such as prescriptions, diagnoses, or healthcare visits.
By analyzing millions of patient journeys with advanced neural network modeling, Pathwai™ predicts the next likely step in care using non-health data, allowing advertisers to engage patients and caregivers earlier, while protecting consumer privacy. All data is anonymized and aggregated, ensuring compliance across all 50 states.
Our mission is to help healthcare brands achieve measurable performance while connecting more people with the care they need, when it matters most.
THE OPPORTUNITY
BranchLab is hiring a Senior Manager of Operations to build and lead the operational backbone in support of our AI-Native platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines strategic process design with operational rigor.
As the first dedicated leader in this function, you will architect scalable workflows, design process automation, and establish performance frameworks that ensure speed, accuracy, and reliability across audience activation and data delivery. You’ll own end-to-end execution from defining operational requirements and SLAs to implementing tooling, dashboards, and cross-team protocols that drive consistent excellence at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and execution, requiring a builder’s mindset and the ability to translate complex systems into efficient, measurable processes that support BranchLab’s accelerating growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and oversee operational workflows for audience activation, QA, and delivery across Programmatic, Publisher direct and Social.
Establish and manage reporting and analytics to track performance, surface operational insights, and support internal and client-facing measurement needs.
Establish SOPs, documentation, and tools for trafficking, reporting, and platform integrations.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Technical groups to align operations with client expectations and SLAs.
Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards across all operational touchpoints.
Lead troubleshooting with advertiser, agency, data, media and publisher partners using internal / external tools, and activation pipelines.
Define metrics for operational performance and help shape the roadmap for future automation or tooling needs.
Build the foundation for future hiring and scaling of the Ops team.
QUALIFICATIONS
5–8+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, data or media delivery roles, ideally within healthcare, programmatic, or audience activation environments.
Deep understanding of media platforms and identity graphs (e.g., Meta, TTD, DeepIntent, LiveRamp, etc.).
Experience working with anonymized or privacy-regulated data is a strong plus.
Ability to work hands-on with data files, formats (CSV, JSON), and trafficking templates.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; experience working cross-functionally.
Startup or early-stage experience strongly preferred.
