Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all test environments including AWS Sandbox, ISV labs, and Field Test Environments.
• Establish lab test environment blueprints and end-to-end configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AWS cloud, Field Deployment, PaaS, Private Data Center, and 5G technical SMEs).
• Repurpose and re-configure lab instances to meet requests, maintaining high utilization rates.
• Manage lab test environment requests: initial review, requirement clarification, scheduling, and providing VPN access.
• Prepare and maintain documentation/templates for lab test environment management and collaborate on automating configurations in CICD/DevOps pipelines.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Senior Manager of Lab and Testing, you will have:
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in the wireless industry (carrier or vendor side).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong familiarity with AWS and VMware cloud offerings, including CICD and DevOps pipelines.
• Attention to detail in building and maintaining lab test environments to prevent malfunctions, bugs, and security breaches.
• Knowledgeable in 5G End-to-End Architecture (5GC/IMS, ORAN, Cloud - private DC and AWS public cloud).
• Familiarity with SDN/NFV/Cloud, VNF MANO concepts, and 3GPP technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong time management, decision-making skills, and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in technical writing for lab test environment design, request templates, and documentation.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
