We are looking for a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to join our Operations Team. This individual will report into our VP of Fulfillment Operations and are looking for someone who is highly motivated and is a strategic individual to lead initiatives that optimize our eCommerce operations through process enhancements, WMS (Warehouse Management System) initiatives, and automation projects.

This remote based position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

About 30% of the year, this role will entail traveling to our on-site fulfillment/office locations. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.

Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Remote 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility 

Base Salary: $170,000 – $205,000 per year

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across eCommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
  • Partner with IT and warehouse teams to optimize WMS software, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and develop action plans to improve KPIs
  • Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members on best practices and new systems
  • Monitor and report progress on improvement initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within eCommerce or logistics operations
  • 3 years of experience successfully managing direct reports

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong expertise with WMS software (preferred Infios) and automation
  • Proven experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Leadership experience with manager level direct reports
