Role: Machine Learning Engineer
Experience Level: 8+ Years
Work Location: USA - Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise software solutions using Python.
● Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse and complex projects.
● Build, optimize, and maintain data-driven software platforms to support business objectives.
● Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions.
● Integrate and utilize GCP Vertex AI for advanced model training, deployment, and monitoring (preferred).
● Apply generative AI techniques and Agentic workflows to deliver measurable business value.
● Contribute to the architecture and development of intelligent and autonomous systems.
● Ensure software quality, scalability, and performance through testing and continuous integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience: 8+ years of enterprise software development, with proven expertise in Python.
● Cloud & IaC: 3+ years of experience provisioning cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
● Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
● Machine Learning Expertise:
○ Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
○ Strong foundation in ML algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
○ Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit learn.
● Bonus Experience:
○ Experience with GCP Vertex AI.
○ Experience building and scaling software platforms.
○ Experience implementing genAI and Agentic workflows.
● Soft Skills:
○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
○ Passion for building intelligent, autonomous, and high-impact systems.
