How you’ll make an impact:


We are a strategic, cross-functional team focused on improving sales results and productivity by offering integrated content, training and coaching for the partner sales team and sales leaders along the entire partner journey, powered by technology, utilizing data.


You will scope, design and create resources, assets and campaigns that drive behavioral change and enable the sales team. You’ll deliver strong and consistent thinking, strategies, plans and programs of work that drive sales capability. The outcome of your work will enable the Xero sales team to achieve performance targets and create a beautiful experience for our partners along the way.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with a global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions
  • Use content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources
  • Drive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team
  • Coach other content creators in the team to help them apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaboration
  • Review content created by peers to ensure high-quality, consistent instructional materials that are aligned with learning objectives
  • Lead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project performance for continuous improvement.

  • Championing consistent and great quality learning experiences and resources
  • Fit-for-purpose content and resources that support long-term behavioural change for our sales team
  • Robust evaluation and measurement strategy that enable continuous improvement

What you'll bring with you:

  • Experience using/working with Saas sales processes
  • Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resources
  • Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management
  • Ability to scope, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs to meet the needs of the sales teams .
  • Ability to use authoring tools (Evolve), visual design tools (Adobe and LMSs)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex ambiguous situations
  • Process driven with ability to take ownership, plan and work autonomously
  • Conduct root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting. 
  • Understanding of L&D trends, developments and best practices
