Senior Imagery Support Representative
- Serves as the customer's advocate within DigitalGlobe. Coordinates with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Excellent working knowledge
of order management systems. Shift work may be required.Responsibilities
Answer inbound email and phone communications.
Processes orders and prepares quotations and feasibilities.
Prepares basic reports.
Performs Image Archive searches.
Assists customers with shapefile creation/conversion/AOI definition.
Routes complex customer and technical issues based on established procedures.
Performs initial and intermediate problem investigation, & diagnosis, escalating to Tier 2 support organizations, as necessary.
Verify that incident is not considered to be a known problem, make initial decision as to whether incident should be reclassified as a problem.
Manage Known Problem Database and Knowledge Repository.
Ability to provide on call support, as necessary, including evenings and weekends.
