Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
As a Senior HR Content Associate, you are responsible for partnering with HR subject matter experts to create content and knowledge articles leveraged by employees, cross-functional teams, and the HR Knowledge Base to answer employee questions and provide context and guidelines where needed.

  • Managing content and governance within the knowledge base - implement content governance through naming conventions, tagging, and curation policies.
  • Evaluating and managing requests through the intake process for new content and enhancements from content owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Testing functionality across all platforms, ensuring features and functions work both in the knowledge base and AI chatbot.
  • Ensuring quality assurance on all site pages, and navigation, upholding page standards, and ensuring links are active and functional.
  • Ensuring successful representation of the Echostar brand across media, through knowledge of brand standards, brand templates, and system architecture
  • Ensuring a consistent tone and voice are used across all content assets


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Who You Are:
We're looking for an experienced senior content associate who adeptly partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create materials and resources to support employee questions and enhance the employee experience.

  • Strong technical writing skills, with experience writing content for several communications and training mediums for varied audiences. Must be able to create coherent, concise documents from large volumes of technical information
  • Ability to interact with and communicate effectively with a large spectrum of different stakeholders, including IT personnel, senior business executives, and technology vendors
  • Efficiently projects by clearly defining requirements and communicating effectively with other project managers and development teams
  • Strategic, consultative partner with the ability to see the bigger picture when it comes to knowledge management, communication and employee experience
  • Follows policies and best practices for digital content creation, including, but not limited to, style guides, publishing and content review cycles, templates, attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Project management, organizational skills
  • Flexible mindset, able to adapt and improve processes to meet business needs


If this sounds like you, you proably have expeirnce with:

  • Flexible and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment while dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent Google Suite, and Adobe Creative skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience editing for grammar, spelling, punctuation and other mechanics of style in the English language
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with AI/ML driven products, prompt engineering
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in NLP


Requirments:

  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in English, communications, journalism, education, or something similar. Alternatively, two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and training
  • 2+ years of experience managing content processes and building customer-facing resources


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
