Profile Overview

We’re looking for a curious, product-minded Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, newly formed team within one of our future acquisitions. You’ll help shape the next chapter of a well-established appointment booking SaaS platform that is now entering a major modernization phase, both technically and visually.

You’ll collaborate directly with the brand lead and another engineer, helping to build a lean, autonomous, and high-impact development team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex product and technical challenges end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, in an agile and pragmatic environment.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Take ownership of the product’s codebase during the transition from the founders, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and business continuity.
  • Help define and implement the technical modernization roadmap — including a migration to Stripe, a new React-based frontend, and building a reliable, maintainable development infrastructure.
  • Set up or enhance the CI/CD pipeline, testing frameworks, and basic DevOps automation..
Your responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy new product features using .NET (C#) on Azure and React on the frontend.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, balancing innovation with pragmatism.
  • Collaborate with the brand lead, designers, and future engineers to build an agile development culture from the ground up.
  • Help shape architectural decisions and ensure a smooth evolution from legacy systems.
  • Contribute to a culture of autonomy, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of development workflows, testing coverage, and release practices.
What You bring to the table
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, preferably in product-oriented SaaS companies or startups.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET / C#, Azure, jQuery & React
  • Solid experience working with SQL Server and T-SQL and familiarity with ORMs.
  • Proven experience in frontend and backend development with a good eye for user interfaces and usability.
  • Experienced with Git-based workflows, SVN a nice-to-have
  • Strong record with RESTFul API design (Swagger/OpenAPI)
  • Solid understanding of software design and architecture, automated testing, Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, GitHub Actions) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where ownership and initiative are key.
  • Product mindset: you care about why you’re building something and how that will benefit users.
What’s in it for You
  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning  and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

We don’t just simply offer you to “take a job with us” but rather to “join us on this journey” to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.

Sounds like something you’re up for? Feel free to apply even if you don’t check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient!
