The Senior Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Senior Full Stack Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Senior Full Stack Engineer Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Possess the ability to evaluate problems in both strategic and tactical terms
Lead a small team of high-caliber engineers by mentoring and coaching

Strong affinity to software-driven engineering & automation
Partner with senior business and functional leaders to define technical direction
Deliver business-critical systems and components with high quality and on time
Lead by example by doing hands-on platform, backend, and frontend development
Review requests and provide constructive feedback
Investigate and propose new ideas, frameworks technologies, or processes
What do you bring to the table?
You are a Senior Engineer with 8 or more years of experience with Cloud-based services and experience development. You are capable of owning significant designs and development responsibilities. You can work with autonomy to get things done while collaborating with others on architectural and process decisions. You are comfortable with giving and receiving feedback from your teammates and others in the organization. You can think on your feet and conceptualize what needs to be done from incomplete and evolving requirements. You hit deadlines and communicate effectively.
The successful candidate will also have experience with:
• Azure Cloud Services
• Designing solutions architecture
• Building scalable web platform
• Building RESTful APIs
• Working with Infrastructure and security as code
• Building high performing teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
8 or more years of progressive experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
Proficient understanding and tech-lead level experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Scala, etc.)
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
Experience with JSON, RESTful web services and client-server interactions
Experience with highly scalable websites and web services (Vue.js, Angular etc.)
Knowledge of and experience with Azure or equivalent could provider
Environment management/orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, etc.)
React Native development skills alongside web development experience
Experience AI background, and worked on GCP/Claude/or any GEN AI Tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Proficiency in AI code generation
Experience with Agentic AI journeys or workflows
Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform, particularly AJO, AEP, and CJA
