What You’ll Do
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting and long-range planning processes with financial modeling
- Work with large datasets to uncover trends, variances, and business insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Write SQL queries or use Power Query to extract and transform datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, business development) to support strategic initiatives
- Help improve existing financial processes and reporting workflows
- Aid with ad-hoc projects as necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong interest in a career in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI or SQL is a plus)
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and planning platforms (Oracle EPM a plus)
- Familiarity with relational databases or data warehousing concepts
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
- Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal
- Understanding of corporate finance principles
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
Travel Requirements
- Periodic business travel may occur (estimated at approximately 5% percent), though frequency of travel could fluctuate from period to period based on growth and acquisition initiatives.
Work Environment
- This position will be remote. If business travel is required, work may be in a manufacturing plant environment in which Personal Protective Equipment must be worn.
