Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience supporting global technology leaders, is seeking a Senior Finance Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for a high-tech client. 

This individual will play a key role in driving transformation across systems, reporting, and operational processes. Strong financial acumen and experience with SAP BRIM or a similar billing and/or revenue system or experience with the quote-to-cash process are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex finance-related programs focused on systems, processes, and performance improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology to identify, design, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, monitor key milestones, and track critical business decisions.
  • Proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate program updates, risks, and strategic insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Support internal go-to-market activities for finance programs. 
  • Document business process changes and ensure alignment across evolving program scopes and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within a finance, operations, or an enterprise systems environment.
  • Experience with SAP BRIM or with a similar billing and/or revenue system required. 
  • Strong understanding of core financial principles, business operations, and process improvement best practices.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams through change in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong influencing skills and a collaborative mindset—able to lead without direct authority.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a bonus.

  • Work Arrangement: Remote
  • Pay Rate: $70-$80/hour, Consultant, 3-month, Contract Opportunity on W2
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) (with a match)
