The Senior Engineer will plan, evaluate, and support the IAM solution, implement authentication methods, enhance security processes, and collaborate on IAM integration projects.
Responsible for planning, evaluation, architecture and support of the Identity Access Management (IAM) solution and its associated processes. Support the overall direction of the IAM function across the organization, including areas such as federation, privileged access management, authentication and authorization, security and provisioning of identity data. Collaborate with different departments in creating functional, scalable and secure IAM operations as well as the design and development of new business applications. Responsible for identifying, evaluating and participating in decision-making around new and emerging IAM technologies and should be able to support other areas of Information Security.

Essential Responsibilities
- Implement password less authentication (FIDO2/WebAuthn, biometrics, device-bound credentials)
- Develop context-aware, risk-based authentication flows using behavioral and geolocation signals
- Support development, documentation, implementation and management of an enterprise-wide IAM strategy and roadmap
- Establish privileged access monitoring controls for identifying and mitigating Information Security risks associated with access rights
- Develop partnerships with internal staff, software vendors and other technical resources in the IAM industry
- Create and maintain relevant documentation that is required for program management and regulatory requirements
- Work with business users to define and implement workflow, approval, and provisioning tasks and develop access attestation reports
- Improve the processes/tools around provisioning and de-provisioning users across the organization
- Work with the configuration and administration of IAM systems and tools
- Update user security policies and procedures and develop training resources for end users and ensure training assignments are completed
- Ensure account reviews are conducted as required by the IAM program and regulatory requirements
- Recommend and oversee improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for IAM efforts
Education & Education
- Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Related
- Hands on experience in integrating Okta with cloud and on-prem applications using authentication protocols SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Header-based
- Minimum - 5 Years of Identity and access management or related
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud identity models

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $84,200.00 to $131,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
