About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Services to establish and scale a next-generation AI services organization at Jasper. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at building new initiatives at the intersection of AI, customer outcomes, and customer success, ensuring technology implementations deliver measurable, transformative results. This role requires the architect and owner of our entire services ecosystem, encompassing Implementation, Technical Architects, Outcomes-as-a-Service, and Customer Enablement Services. Responsibilities include defining strategy and executing plans to accelerate customer adoption, deliver significant value, and build a substantial services revenue stream. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of services leadership, deep AI technical fluency, and the operational discipline necessary to build a scalable, world-class organization.

This fully remote role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What you will do at Jasper
  • Strategic Vision & Team Leadership: Define the vision and build an industry-leading AI services organization. Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, and enablement specialists.

  • Revenue & Profitability Ownership: Own the services P&L, driving revenue and profitability through the creation, packaging, and delivery of compelling, high-value offerings.

  • Go-to-Market Integration & Solution Design: Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to embed services into our GTM motion. Serve as the key architect for crafting and scoping service Statements of Work (SOWs) for complex enterprise deals. Help design and execute enterprise sales plays that leverage services to maximize customer impact and competitive advantage.

  • Delivery & Customer Success: Oversee delivery across all service engagements, from initial implementation to advanced outcomes-based projects. Ensure our services dramatically shorten time-to-value and prove customer ROI, fueling platform adoption and expansion. Develop and implement success frameworks that directly tie our work to customer activation, workflow execution, and tangible marketing results.

  • Executive Sponsorship & Technical Leadership: Act as an executive sponsor and trusted strategic advisor for key customers, guiding them through their AI journey. Provide technical leadership to AI Architects, driving innovative solution designs involving APIs, LLMs, prompt orchestration, and complex workflow integrations. Identify common customer challenges and design repeatable, scalable service solutions.

  • Operational Excellence & Scalability: Own all key services metrics, including revenue targets, margins, utilization, and delivery KPIs. Establish and refine repeatable processes for everything from SOW creation and resource management to delivery governance and outcomes measurement. Partner with Finance and RevOps to ensure that service offerings are seamlessly operationalised and can scale efficiently with rapid growth.

What you will bring to Jasper
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in professional services or solutions delivery at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company.

  • A proven track record of building and scaling a successful services organization that makes a meaningful contribution to company revenue.

  • Strong technical fluency and genuine curiosity for AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt orchestration, API integrations, and workflow automation.

  • Demonstrated success in a pre-sales environment, partnering with sales teams to scope, sell, and deliver complex, multi-faceted service solutions.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically, inspire a team, and collaborate effortlessly across the organization.

  • A strong commercial mindset, with hands-on experience in pricing, packaging, and managing the profitability of a services business.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you’re comfortable with ambiguity and ready to build.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $230,000 - $270,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
