Job Role: Senior Digital Forms Developer

Salary Range: $92K – $105K

Responsible for building and maintaining interactive, browser-based or fillable forms with embedded logic, dynamic fields, and screen-reader compatibility. Supports accessibility compliance, reader extension, and system integration.

• Develop and revise fillable forms with scripting, logic, validations, and accessibility features
• Ensure forms meet 508/Section WCAG 2.0 AA standards
• Troubleshoot rendering, field behavior, and compatibility issues
• Collaborate with backend engineers and QA for staging and deployment
• Prepare reader-extended forms and validate field interactions
• Document changes and support testing of new features.

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital forms development
• Experience with scripting logic, accessibility tagging, and form publishing tools
• Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting forms across browsers.
