The Senior Consultant, Client Success plays a key role in supporting client adoption and maximizing the value of Anaqua’s solutions by troubleshooting workflows, implementing new features, and driving strategic engagement. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services to deliver impactful demos, training, and account strategies that promote long-term client retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, consultative, and skilled at managing client relationships and technical configurations to ensure business outcomes are met.

- Assist in troubleshooting, consulting, and resolving client workflows, implementing new features, and issues which may include configuring ANAQUA, supporting teams cross departmentally to deliver projects (not related to the core implementation and training), and teaching.
- Support client adoption and drive Anaqua’s value proposition by helping to define and ensure client-desired business outcomes.
- Contribute to the implementation of overall account strategies for long term mutual success between Anaqua and our clients to promote client retention and support client renewal
- Provide overviews of the product to the client, such as demos and high-level capabilities of features and functions
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Client Support and Services which contribute to Client Success-led initiatives against those of our clients
- Co-organize and support client training
- Contribute to the strategic direction on the account both internally and externally.
- Maintain a regular, proactive cadence of meetings with the clients including adhering to the protocols for managing updates, details and documentation around engagements in key platforms
- Support and drive client engagement with new software versions, service packs, law updates and upgrades.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience working in Client Services or Consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Anaqua Software products, and implementation experience is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in the Intellectual Property industry is preferred
- Experience with software solutions and/or in a client facing B2B role with proven success in client relationship development and management.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others inside and outside the organization is critical.
- The ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively work in a high energy, high volume environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The total rewards package for this role is expected to include an annual salary between $75,000–$120,000, determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation may include a comprehensive benefits package.
