About You:
- 5+ years of commercial experience within biotech, CDMO/CRO services, or life sciences tools. Complemented by 10 years of overall experience in the biotech or life sciences industry.
- Track record of selling bespoke technical services, especially where strategy and creativity were key to customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of CMC, process development, and manufacturing of biologics and/or viral vectors.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, balancing client priorities with internal capabilities and capacity.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- A scientific or technical background in life sciences (e.g., bioengineering, molecular biology, biochemistry); advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD) are welcome but not required.
We're fueled by a vision to transform biological engineering into a fully-fledged engineering discipline. Should you join our team, you will grow with a constantly evolving organization and push the frontiers of synthetic biology.
