Summary
As an IT Basis administrator, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support, planning and interfacing with SAP and our integration provider. Your main purpose will be to serve as a technical expert on SAP installation and maintenance of the system.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the SAP Systems Landscape, various technical projects and IT administration tasks
Solid SAP Basis Administration skills
Experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA in a Rise environment
Experience supporting Content Server
Performing SAP installs and upgrades
Fiori Platform experience – Configuration and integration experience
SAP performance tuning and problem resolution
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong background in performance tuning, user management, system copies,
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
Proven success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
Successful management of complex cloud architecture projects
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience in an SAP Rise environment
Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to think critically.
Be able to proactively manage project risks and issues and implement necessary changes.
Have experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments.
Experience working in a computer system validation environment (medical device or pharmaceutical)
Foster collaboration within the team and with cross-functional groups
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Travel Requirements
As needed based on projects, estimated at 30% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
Ability to use vison to read computer screen and read printed materials
